You will be able to access your documents through your SIGNiX account if you ever lose the document you receive via email after the session ends.

Absolutely. Signers have the flexibility to complete a transaction together on a shared device, simultaneously on multiple devices, or in separate meetings. Each signer must complete the identification process separately and signers who miss the initial meeting, may still get their signatures notarized in a subsequent meeting.
